At The Organic Expert, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process to make things right.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please note: Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@theorganicexpert.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product, if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including return shipping details if necessary.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our refund criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Any product returned outside the 7-day window

These conditions will also be stated during checkout, where applicable.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theorganicexpert.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the nature of the issue.
